Job Details:

• Review employee idea & feedback submissions leveraging TD’s enterprise ideation platform, work with employees to refine submitted ideas to support business casing, and meet with business partners to engage in idea review and adoption.
• Create business cases for initiatives by gathering and analyzing data, creating financial models, documenting assumptions, and being an advocate for acceptance & adoption
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Business/Commerce, Marketing, User Experience Design, Data & Analytics, or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the end of your work term
• A curious mind who is not afraid to take initiative to independently learn more and keep asking questions to understand the root cause of a problem
